One Love: The Infinite Heart Within Us

We are all born with an infinite capacity for love. As infants, our hearts are wide open, our minds clear and unburdened. We arrive into this world with a purity of perception, fully present, fully alive. But as life takes hold, this openness slowly diminishes. The world teaches us division: good and bad, light and darkness, love and hate, ego and shadow.

We are born naked. Not only in body but in spirit. Yet the moment we notice our nakedness, we begin to cover ourselves. At first, it’s physical, but soon it becomes mental. We drape ourselves in opinions, judgments, and definitions of who we are and who we are not. Our wholeness shrinks, replaced by stories, images, and thoughts that we mistake for our true selves.

But these images are not us. The stories our mind tells are not reality; they are constructs of a mind that is attempting to explain, categorize, and control. We believe these narratives because they are familiar, but they are not the essence of who we are. Imagine a flashlight in the darkness. We tend to think we are the object it illuminates, the thing the light falls upon. Yet in truth, we are the light itself.

The division of our wholeness creates half beings. These halves embark on unconscious quests, searching for what they feel is missing. The ego hunts the shadow, the heart hunts love, and the mind hunts happiness, as if these treasures exist outside of ourselves. We seek love from partners, friends, or circumstances, forgetting that these are merely mirrors reflecting our own capacity to love.

Half beings cannot truly fully. They need love, and needing is not the same as loving. Need creates a transaction: “You make me whole, I make you whole.” Love becomes external, dependent, and conditional. But real love cannot be borrowed or bargained for; it is not a commodity.

When we deepen our awareness, we discover a profound truth: love comes from within. This realization is transformative. The dynamic flips entirely. Were once we were takers of love, now we become givers. By giving, we reconnect with the infinite well of love inside us, a source that is inexhaustible, limitless, and eternal. The act of giving amplifies love exponentially, extending it beyond ourselves into the lives of all beings.

Love, in its purest form, is infinite. There is enough for every soul, for every heart, for an eternity of moments yet to come. It flows endlessly, unbound by time, space, or circumstance. When we touch this truth, we realize that love is not fragmented or conditional. It is one. One Love. A love that is whole, complete, and eternal, residing in each of us and connecting us all.

To awaken to this love is to awaken to ourselves. To live it is to honor the boundless, radiant essence that we have always been. And in this awareness, we discover the miraculous truth: the source of love is not out there. It has always been within.

One Love. Always.

I want to support you in becoming more aware of the unconscious aspects of your life—the deep-seated habits, instincts, and patterns that shape your experiences without you even realizing it. This is especially true in the realm of sexuality, where I believe profound transformation begins. By bringing more mindfulness into this space, we can open the door to deeper connection and fulfillment. Through meditation and ancient tantric practices, we’ll explore how intimacy can evolve into something more expansive, a path to greater self-discovery, joy, and connection.
